At Meetinghouse Farm in Purcellville, our homesites border a 35-acre farm featuring the restored Isaac Nichols House, circa 1744, and stunning bank barn. The homes built at Meetinghouse Farm, which is in the protected Goose Creek Historic District of Loudoun County, strictly adhere to the architectural guidelines of the District and are constructed with minimal impact to the current landscape and surrounding farm.
In our Black Oak Creek community, a century-old dilapidated spring house crumbled at the edge of a dry creek. Before development started at Black Oak Creek, the spring house was lovingly and accurately restored giving the community a sense of historical character.

Another example of historic preservation done by Carrington Homes is this Civil War-era estate in Upperville, VA where a seamless two-story addition to the main house appears as has always been part of the original home which was built in 1853.
